Göran Svensson is an international executive and business developer with over 30 years of experience spanning the logistics, investment, and consulting sectors. A proven leader with a strong entrepreneurial background, he has successfully built and managed businesses across multiple countries in Europe.
Coming from a family with a long tradition of entrepreneurship, Göran developed an early passion for business and innovation. He began his career in his family’s logistics and trade company before founding his own enterprise in Bulgaria, which rapidly grew into a market leader in freight forwarding, warehousing, and customs clearance.
Beyond his entrepreneurial ventures, Göran has held numerous advisory and board positions in major corporations. He currently serves as Managing Director of Alpha Bulgaria, a publicly listed investment company on the Bulgarian Stock Exchange. He is also a Board Member of the Bulgarian-Nordic Chamber of Commerce and the Institute of Traffic Safety in Bulgaria.
Previously, Göran served as the Honorary Consul General for Sweden in Sofia for over six years and as Chairman of the Management Board of Lev Corporation, a leading holding company and major shareholder in one of Bulgaria’s largest insurance groups.
