Dr Faisal Khazaal is a renowned financier with more than two decades of leadership in global banking, reinsurance, and infrastructure finance. 


Beginning with his founding of Deals Secure Group Holding Company, he went on to establish Elite Capital & Co. Ltd in London, providing turnkey management, consultancy, and funding services for major infrastructure projects worldwide. 


Holding doctorates in both Law and Business Administration, Dr Khazaal has been recognised internationally for his foresight in alternative energy investment and for his commitment to financial innovation, transparency, and humanitarian causes.
